You share your documents
Financial documents are uploaded to a dedicated OneDrive (Microsoft 365) secure folder assigned exclusively to your organization. Access is encrypted during upload and you receive an automatic confirmation.

We protect all our emails and client conversations using secure Microsoft 365 Outlook. Every message is fully shielded with advanced encryption and anti-phishing filters to keep your sensitive business discussions completely private and safe.

Controlled team access
Access is granted only to the bookkeepers and managers specifically assigned to your account. All access events are logged, time-stamped, and retained for full audit traceability.

Processing in client software
We handle all your bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting inside secure cloud platforms like QuickBooks or Xero. To keep your information completely safe, nothing is ever downloaded to local hard drives or personal devices.
